RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Notify us at info@bladebelly.com within 3 days of delivery if you wish to initiate a return. An RMA number is required before shipping item(s) back to us and you must ship within 3 days of receiving the RMA or the return will be rejected. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price to cover payment processing fees (platform fees + Paypal/credit card fees), expended shipping supplies, transportation costs, and wages to re-verify condition and authenticity. Original shipping related fees are not refunded and return shipping fees are not reimbursed. If a cancellation request is submitted prior to your item shipping then a 5% fee will be withheld from the total agreed sales price (excluding shipping) to cover payment processing fees not returned to us by processors (ie. After your return is approved, please ship the item back to us by a trackable courier and insured for the full sale value. We cannot assist if your return becomes lost or damaged in transit. Confirm the item and accompanying accessories are returned to us in the same condition as was shipped. Follow the below checklist before shipping or your return may be rejected. 

  • Include a copy of the receipt 
  • Hand write the RMA number on the receipt copy
  • Include all manufacturer's/maker's boxes, padded sleeves/pouches, packaging, labels, certificate of authenticity, and paperwork. Do not write, use glue, use tape or damage any of these items in any way.  
  • Knife and accompanying accessories must be in the same condition as was shipped. New items are to be returned new. Preowned items are to returned in the same condition as was originally described in the listing.
