Purchase Terms

The buyer represents he/she is of legal age within their jurisdiction when placing an order with us. We are not liable for any injury or harm caused or resulting from this sale. The buyer is responsible for following all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding possession and use of items purchased from us. International buyers are responsible for knowing their country’s laws before ordering. We cannot provide refunds for items seized by customs or similar agencies.

Please note that if shipping and billing addresses do not match then we will follow up to confirm details before fulfilling any order. This process is just one of a multitude of steps we undergo to prevent fraudulent transactions. If we are unable to confirm details then the order will be cancelled.

Descriptions and Warranty

We extend our best efforts to describe and photograph all items listed on our site. Condition expectations are subjective and we are not responsible for minor variations regarding measurements, color, and defects (if any) noted in our listings. If a condition is visible in photos or can reasonably be expected from a pre-owned item then this constitutes as being disclosed and not an omission or error by us. We do not warranty or guarantee workmanship, condition and wear of materials (blade, handle, etc.) of knives we list because we are not dealers. We reserve the right to address unintentional errors on our part on an individual basis and at or discretion. Please contact us with questions regarding condition prior to placing an order. Nearly all knives listed on our site are warranted by the respective makers/manufacturers or we can recommend individuals to assist you with servicing repairs/imperfections whom we have directly worked with or have been vouched by trusted individuals within our network. We will, by our best efforts and with information available to us, provide you with contact information to these makers/manufacturers if warranty repair/work is requested.

Shipping

Shipping will occur on weekdays only if the weekday is not a United States federal holiday. Our goal is to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving an order.
